When and where does AWFT 2026 take place?
AWFT 2026 takes place on 29 & 30 October 2026 in Paris. Day 1 is at the Salle Colbert (Assemblée Nationale, Paris 7e), Day 2 at the Hôtel de l'Industrie (Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris 6e).
Is the forum open to the public?
AWFT is a curated forum for 200 in-person delegates. You can buy a pass (3 tiers) or apply to attend if you are a public official, accredited press, AWFT alumnus or a selected scholar.
Will the sessions be available online?
Yes — every plenary is filmed and made available on the AWFT YouTube hub and the delegate replay vault, usually within 30 days of the event. Pass holders get earlier access.
Is the program multilingual?
All main-stage sessions are in English. Some institutional addresses are delivered in French with simultaneous translation.
What does my pass include?
Every pass includes both days, all main-stage content, welcome coffees, networking lunches, the speaker book, the post-event replay vault and access to the AWFT app. Regular and Platinum passes add the Influence Dinner and matchmaking.
Can I transfer my pass to a colleague?
Yes — pass transfers are accepted up to 7 days before the event. Email tickets@aworldfortravel.org with both names.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund up to 60 days before the event, 50 % up to 30 days before, no refund after. Pass transfers remain possible.
How do I access the Assemblée Nationale on Day 1?
Security clearance is mandatory. Submit your full ID details at least 14 days before the event. Photo ID at the entrance is required.
Will there be media accreditation?
Yes — submit your outlet on the press page. Press passes include full access plus a dedicated newsroom on Day 1.
